Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner Date in steel
16800 reference
8.0 mil serial number circa 1983 production.
Excellent vintage condition case has briefly been previously polished, but still retains very strong lugs and crown guards with chamfers visible. No corrosion or pitting. Very crisp and fully intact numbers.
Dial is superb, flawless origina matte. Very even and yellow patina throughout. Matching tritium hands. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Original bezel insert with tritium pearl.
Original Rolex 93150 bracelet with 11 links, light stretch from use, diver’s extension, 501B ends, and correct H date code.
No box or papers. No documented service history. Watch winds smooth and runs well currently.
