1985 Rolex Day-Date President 18038 Black Jubilee Dial, Diamond Bezel

Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold

18038 reference, single-quickset, 36mm 

8.6 mil serial number circa 1985 production 

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and sharp lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. 

Dial is original, factory black “Jubilee” with 2 diamonds. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s and Spanish day disk. 

Bezel is aftermarket with diamonds. Looks classy, diamonds are made to look of factory size and not “overdone”. 

Bracelet is original 8385 President with correct “55” end-links, fully linked with light stretch for its age. Fits a full size wrist. Correct “I” date code. 

Caseback is original and crisp with no damage to the “lock”. Inside is stamped 18000 as should be.
