Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel
8.6 mil serial number circa 1985 production. Warranty papers from AD were dated in 1986 at time of purchase.
Excellent vintage condition case shows clearly original chamfers and finishes. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact. Often lost during polishing, the crown guards still retain a “step” on top.
Dial is original, glossy with heavy cream patina. No spidering. The hands are tritium with GMT hand appears to have been relumed in past. This could practically be the only flaw on this set. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel insert is in excellent condition without damage.
Caseback is original, with factory finish and stamped 16750 inside.
Bracelet is original Jubilee 62510 for GMT with “50” stamped last link and 550 ends. The papers also indicate that this watch indeed came with Jubilee bracelet from factory. Original factory finish is clearly evident on clasp and links. Very light stretch from use.
Watch comes complete with Rolex boxes, manuals, Rolex warranty papers, AD’s own warranty card, and matching papers sleeve.
