Up for grabs is Rolex GMT-Master in steel
16760 reference, so-called “Fat Lady
9.4 mil serial number circa 1986
Excellent vintage condition case is unpolished. Clearly factory chamfers and finished. Serial and reference numbers are clearly intact and fully visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original with strong patina on plots and matching hands. There is some natural aging of lacquer as seen in macro pictures at an angle, but there is no man-made damage or tool marks or chips. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel is original and correct red/black (coke)
Bracelet is original Rolex 93150 with extension, 12 links, correct 501 end-links, and I date code. This bracelet was optional for GMT’s, even though it traditionally came on Subs. The papers, as well as papers sleeve indicate this watch came on 93150 as well as the 501 end-links, instead of the 593 ends which were used on Subs.
Caseback is original, unpolished.
Watch comes very complete with Rolex boxes, manual, warranty paper, matching hang tag, original receipt from AD, original sleeve for papers and box sticker signed 16760.
There is no documented service history.
