1987 Rolex Submariner ref. 5513 Glossy Dial, Cream Patina

Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner No-Date

Reference 5513 with 40mm case, acrylic crystal

R serial number circa 1987 production with correct glossy dial

Excellent vintage condition case with thick lugs with chamfers. Shows signs of wear but also appears unpolished. Legible numbers. (Please ignore the gunk in pictures between the lugs, will clean off before shipping out).

The dial is original, glossy without spider or matting. Very attractive patina on plots. The hands are original, with tritium, but slightly lighter in patina. On chips or scratches or relume.

Original bezel insert with correct fonts

Original Rolex 93150 bracelet with 580 ends, 11 links, diver’s extension, correct L date code, moderate stretch from use.

No box or papers. No service history. The watch was found with scratched up crystal and plenty of gunk, I doubt it has ever been serviced before. I polished the crystal and cleaned up the case.
