Up for grab is an Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch
Reference 3592.50 with Apollo XI engraved on display back.
48251XXX serial number, which was the very beginning on unnumbered Apollo XI 3592’s circa 1989
This early example also has the “long R” C3 type dial which is sometimes preferred over the C4 amongst collectors. The dial is in excellent condition with great patina on plots and hands.
To add to its rarity, this watch also has one of those “hazy blue” hesalite crystals found on various Moonwatch models from this era. Matteo from Master of Speed has recently discussed these here: https://themasterofspeed.com/2022/10/04/the-blue-hesalite-part-ii/
This crystal is not an intense blue, but certainly is different color for a supposed clear hesalite.
The case remains unpolished to my eye with sharp edges and correct finishes.
Excellent caseback also seems to be unpolished.
Original Omega 1479 bracelet.
Nice original bezel without dings or dents.
No box or papers.
