Reference 16618LN with black dial and bezel insert, in solid 18k gold.

X serial number circa 1991 production.

Well preserved case with sharp and thick lugs and crown guards. The numbers are fully legible between the lugs.

The factory caseback sticker is still partially intact.

The dial is co-signed by Tiffany & Co.
