1994 Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch 3592.50 Hesalite Sandwich Apollo XI

Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch

3592.50.00 reference first “sandwich” reference with gilt movement. Early execution with Apollo XI engraved.

483049XX serial number circa about 1994 production

Excellent vintage condition watch without major dings or dents. Light sings of wear. Sharp edges and appears unpolished. Serial number is fully intact on lug.

Red wax from factory is also fully intact, so the watch has never been opened before or serviced.

Excellent original tritium dial with awesome yellow patina. Damage free. Matching tritium hands.

Bracelet links are AFTERMARKET, while the clasp and end-links are original Omega from 1479 bracelet. I would assume the original owner preferred a thinner link bracelet and so they swapped the clasp and end-links from Omega 1479 bracelet to the flat link bracelet you see on the watch.

No box or papers.

No documented service history. Chronograph functions as it should.
