Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold
Reference 118238
Z5 serial number circa 2006 production
This watch has a very rare ammonite fossil dial, known in collector community as Jurassic Park dial. These dials are usually seen in earlier references like 18238, but evidently also made their way into 118238 models. The warranty card confirms this dial as originally installed from factory on this watch.
The watch itself is in excellent used condition without heavy signs of wear. The bracelet is very tight, fully linked, has the heavy current style buckle.
The dial is incredible to look at from every angle. There is, however, a fracture which you can see on upper half of it. Nonetheless, the dial is still original and rare and price reflects this flaw.
Watch comes complete with Rolex boxes, manuals, warranty card, and both hang tags.
