2025 Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar ref. 5271/11P-010 “Joaillerie” Blue Sapphire

Up for grabs is a Patek Philippe Grand Complications Perpetual Calendar Chronograph.

Reference 5271/11P-010 in platinum, featuring a lacquered blue dial with a black-gradient outer edge and baguette-cut blue sapphire setting.

The 41mm platinum case features 58 baguette-cut blue sapphires totaling approximately 4.11 carats across the bezel and lugs. An additional 22 baguette-cut sapphires totaling approximately 1.05 carats are set into the platinum deployant clasp, bringing the total to 80 sapphires and approximately 5.16 carats.

The blue lacquered dial transitions to black toward its perimeter and features applied faceted white gold hour markers with matching dauphine hands. The perpetual calendar displays the day and month through a double aperture at 12 o’clock, with separate day/night and leap-year indications, pointer date, and moonphase display.

Powering the watch is Patek Philippe’s manually wound calibre CH 29-535 PS Q, combining a traditional column-wheel chronograph with an instantaneous 30-minute counter and perpetual calendar. The movement consists of 456 components and offers approximately 55 to 65 hours of power reserve with the chronograph disengaged.

Fitted on a shiny black alligator strap with blue stitching and its original platinum Patek Philippe deployant clasp set with baguette-cut blue sapphires.

This examples remains in excellent and lightly used condition and comes as a complete set with Patek boxes, manuals, and warranty papers dated in December of 2025.
