Up for grabs is an Andersen Geneve Jumping Hours
This is the 40th Anniversary edition, in platinum. The platinum version was limited to 40 pieces.
The is an automatic, 38mm watch with jumping hours complication.
The dial is a 21-carat BlueGold, created through a rare artisanal process that fuses pure gold with iron at high temperatures. This traditional technique ensures every dial is unique, with shifting blue tones that dance in changing light. Into this vibrant canvas, master engravers carve the mesmerizing “magic diamond” guilloché, a complex geometric pattern achieved through three specialized engraving machines.
At either side of the dial, engraved plaques bearing “1980” and “2020” mark this milestone anniversary.
Through the sapphire caseback, the ultra-slim Frédéric Piguet 11.50 calibre is revealed, upgraded with ANDERSEN Genève’s in-house jumping hours module and a 60-hour power reserve via twin barrels. Hand-chamfered bridges display classic Geneva stripes, while the 18-carat yellow gold rotor features traditional grains d’orge guilloché and the signature ANDERSEN Genève “A” emblem. Surrounding the movement, a hand-engraved 21-carat BlueGold ring commemorates “40 years of independent timepiece creation”.
The watch comes complete with AG boxes.
