Up for grabs is a Cartier Tortue XL Tourbillon Chronograph Monopoussoir Ref. W1545751.
Case reference 2759.
Introduced in 1996, this is one of Cartier’s most technically accomplished modern creations, combining a tourbillon with a monopusher chronograph in the iconic Tortue case. Produced as a limited edition of just 40 pieces in platinum.
The 38mm × 40mm platinum Tortue case houses a silver dial with Cartier’s signature Roman numerals, blued steel hands, tourbillon aperture, and chronograph display.
Powering the watch is the manually wound Calibre 9431 MC, developed by Renaud & Papi. The chronograph is operated through a single pusher integrated into the crown, preserving the elegant symmetry of the case while incorporating one of haute horlogerie’s most sophisticated chronograph layouts.
The watch is fitted on a crocodile strap with the original platinum Cartier deployant clasp.
Offered with its original Cartier box and warranty papers.
