Up for grabs is an F.P. Joure Octa Chronograph
Reference C
This model was available between 2001 and 2008 only. Furthermore, the C’s with rose gold movements were only produced between 2004 and 2008.
This is a desirable 38mm case size version in platinum. FPJ discontinued making watches with 38mm case in 2015.
This was world’s first wristwatch chronograph with a large date and fly-back featuring a power reserve of more than 120 hours.
The watch is in excellent used condition without any dings, dents, or notable scratches.
The dial is original, white gold (grey). Since the production is from 2004, the dial is still grainy in texture. Original hands.
This watch features a transitional movement Cal. 1300.2 which was produced between around 2004 and 2007. In 2007, the movement was renamed to 1300.3 to mark the change from a bi-directional winding rotor to a uni-directional winding rotor.
The watch comes on original FPJ gray matte strap with original platinum buckle.
This Octa is accompanied by FPJ boxes and Certificate of Authenticity confirming the serial number and watch’s configuration, initially delivered to Spain.
