Up for grabs is an F.P. Journe Octa UTC Ref. “UTC.”

This example features the 40mm platinum case paired with a white gold dial(grey) dial.

The Octa UTC takes its name from Coordinated Universal Time and offers a unique interpretation of a second time zone complication. Rather than a conventional GMT display, it allows the wearer to visually track a chosen time zone while also accounting for daylight saving and summer time adjustments.

The painted polar view of the Earth, overlaid by a sapphire time-zone disc, adds a welcome burst of color to an otherwise restrained dial. Using the corrector at 4 o’clock, the display can be aligned to the desired reference time zone, while the +1 and −1 positions allow for seasonal time changes.

Powering the watch is the self-winding Calibre 1300.3 in solid rose gold, combining one of Journe’s most practical complications with the brand’s signature 120-hour Octa architecture.

The watch remains in excellent, unpolished condition with no dings, dents, or deep scratches.
