Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Professional
3570.50.00 reference with Cal. 1861 movement and serial number engraved on lug.
483855XX serial number circa 1998
This is an early variation of 3570 with tritium dial, only made for about a year before switching to luminova dials.
Superb condition case with no major dings, dents, or deep scratches. Serial number is intact and visible on lug. The watch is unpolished. There is still factory original blue protective wax sticker on caseback. Red wax is fully intact and watch is sealed.
It is evident that the watch shows some signs of “showcase wear”, being tried on, purchased and perhaps put away. The blue stickers would not survive and stay on by even seldom being worn.
Dial is in flawless condition with vivid patina. Hands are original and tritium and have developed natural cracking in lume from age.
Bezel is in excellent condition. There is some dust and tiny red specs perhaps from box it was stored in.
Bracelet is excellent Omega reference 1499/842. The bracelet has been sized, links are included, and there are couple marks on clasp, but otherwise very tight and scratch free, unpolished.
Watch comes with original warranty card, which is dated in Dec 27, 1998 and has a matching serial number. No other accessories.
Please realize that this watch is “like NOS” condition, in collector condition. It has never been opened. That means obviously it was never serviced and if you will decide to peel the stickers and start wearing this one, assume you will also need to do a service. That being said, the watch winds smoothly, runs, and chrono runs, stops and resets.
Price is non-negotiable. US PayPal price is $4120, wire transfer is $4000.
Free Overnight Shipping is included within US. There is a 72 hour inspection period on all watches with full refund granted if watch is not as described or grossly misrepresented.
