Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner 50th Anniversary, so-called “The Kermit”
Reference 16610LV with bezel bezel insert
F1 serial number circa 2003 production.
This watch is in new old stock condition with all of its factory stickers intact. The stickers are nice and neat, not one of those “worn” watches with stickers still on or peeling stickers after the watch has switched hands 5 times since the original owner.
The bezel is in perfect condition is called MK2 flat 4 with non-serif print. As you can see it a very nice lime green color and completely damage-free.
The dial is correct MK1 with Oval O and wide-spaced OPD text.
No signs of wear, damage, or case wear.
The bracelet remains fully linked and unsized with both stickers still there.
The watch comes with Rolex boxes with 16610LV sticker, manuals, both hang tag with matching serial number, and Rolex anchor. No papers. Though I didn’t get these directly from original owner, but I have purchased 4 NOS models from same source with same sets. Everything but the papers. During this time period, the owner’s name and address are still put on papers, so most likely they kept them for privacy reasons.
