reference 318.90.42.79.01.001 special order for 105th Airlift Squadron with special caseback. This is the same watch as reference 3291.50.00 but obviously not sold in stores…
Excellent condition. No major scratches, no dings, no dents. Serial number is fully intact on lug.
Comes as complete set with Omega special boxes, cards, hang tag, special manual, etc.
All functions work as should.
