SOLD 1946 Breitling 18kt Rose/Pink Gold Chronograph Vintage Premier 797

Up for grabs is a rare vintage Breitling reference 797 Chronograph

Rare and beautiful bullhorn lug case done in sold 18kt rose gold

Case is in excellent condition with no major dings, dents, or deep scratches. All lugs are excellent and well defined. 

Caseback is in excellent condition with very crisp numbers. Stamped 18kt with hallmarks on inside. 

Serial number is 6709XX dating it back to 1946 (full serial number is intact and clearly visible. Last two digits are digitally covered for privacy reasons)

Dial is beautiful all original with Telemetre and arabic numbers. Dial is signed Breitling. All Arabic numbers appear to be layered with rose gold and reflect in sun. Stunning. Dial is NOT refinished. 

Hands appear to be original dagger style in rose gold. 

Movement is signed Breitling Premier manual wind chrono. It runs and functions as should, though no service history is known. 

Chronograph runs and resets as should. 

Watch on brown alligator generic strap. 

No boxes or papers.
