Up for grabs is a Rolex Oyster Perpetual No-Date
6566 reference with automatic cal. 1030 movement done in 34mm case
198XXX serial number circa 1956
Excellent vintage condition with thick and even lugs. No major dings or dents. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. BREVET + print is clearly visible and fully intact.
Dial is original, gilt, OCC, SWISS only radium which has aged to a marble texture with applied sword markers and daphne hands.
Nicely defined engine turned gold bezel and original “+” winding crown
Caseback is excellent, stamped 6566 and dated I.56
Comes on black, textured, vintage leather strap with steel buckle.
The watch came with vintage turquoise Rolex box and outer cardboard box which seems age appropriate.
No other accessories. No documented service history. Watch currently runs well and winds smoothly.
