380,XXX serial number circa 1962 production with Point Crown Guards case
Excellent vintage condition case. Very think and even lugs. Original bevels throughout. Does not appear to have ever been touched. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and crisp. No corrosion or pitting. Original twin lock crown. Very crisp and even pointed crown guards.
Dial is very good SWISS only, Chapter ring, gilt print, Exclamation. Shows aging/spotting throughout. Original gilt hands with big bubble seconds hand.
Bezel and insert are original
Caseback is crisp, stamped 7928 and III.62. There is not a single service mark on inside. Watch runs, but surely could use a service after 52 years 🙂
Comes on unworn, vintage leather brown strap with steel buckle.
No box or papers. Obtained from original owner who claimed watch has never even been opened before. I have replaced the heavily scratched crystal before listing for sale.
