Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in steel
1601 reference
932,XXX serial number circa 1963 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Sharp edges. No major dings or dents. Some corrosion between the lugs, but both the serial and reference numbers are fully intact and visible.
Dial is extremely attractive SWISS only pie-pan with glossy finish, silver print, and door stop 6 and 9 markers. No chips, scratches, or corrosion on dial. Very even and mirror glossy. Hands are dauphine with nice patina. Date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Caseback is original, stamped 1601 and II.63
Bracelet is a Rolex Jubilee 62510H with 555 ends and AD7 date code. Shows stretch from use as seen in pics.
No box or papers. No documented service history, but as evident on caseback markings, it has a service in 2010. Currently winds smoothly, keeps COSC time with great amplitude.
