Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster “Ed White”
105.003 reference straight lug Pre-moon and pre-pro
245358XX serial number circa 1965 production
Excellent condition case is corrosion and pitting free. No major dings, dents, or deep scratches. Lugs are even and defined with original beveled edges.
Bezel insert is original “dot over 90” faded to a “ghost” gray color.
Crown is original with skinny logo.
Dial is original tritium applied logo pre-professional. Hands appear to be original. Hour and minute hand have been stripped off paint in past.
Caseback is excellent with crisp Seamonster engraving. Stamped 105.003 – 65
Chrono functions and resets as should.
Comes on gray NATO style strap.
No box or papers. Watch has been serviced in December 2014 and currently runs well as should.
