Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner No-Date
5513 reference
1.59 mil serial number circa 1967 production
Excellent vintage condition watch with very thick lugs and crown guards. The watch shows signs of wear, but also shows original bevels intact. No corrosion or pitting. Very crisp and fully intact serial and reference numbers. Caseback side of the case is very clean and corrosion free.
Original twin lock winding crown.
Dial is original, matte Meters First with creamy patina on plots . No relume, no refinish. Hands are newer, tritium, still briefly glow in dark, though matching in color of patina.
Original bezel insert with tritium and matching pearl.
Caseback is original, stamped 5513 and II.67 inside
Bracelet is newer Rolex 93150 in nice condition with 501 ends and 11 links total, plus the diver’s extension.
No box or papers.
The watch has received a $1000 service in December 2015. A full movement overhaul was performed and a receipt will be included, along with old replaced parts. Dial, hands, case, and bezel were not touched. Service was performed by Time Honored in Stockton, CA.
