Up for grabs is a Rolex Date in steel
1500 reference, 34mm, automatic
2.00 mil serial number circa 1968 production
Excellent vintage condition with thick and even lugs with defined edges. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original, silver with color change from age. All luminous plots are fully intact with nice yellow patina. Hands are original, tritium matching patina to the dial. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bracelet is original, Rolex 7205 rivet with 57 ends, 14 links (1 extra), and period correct ’69 date code. Excellent vintage condition with light stretch.
Caseback is original, in excellent condition. Stamped 1500 and IV.68
No box or papers. No documented service history.
