Up for grabs is a Rolex Daytona in steel
6239 reference with cal. 722 movement
2.00 mil serial number circa 1968 production
Excellent vintage condition case with even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is amazing black “Newman” in 99.8% condition. No scratches, no chips, no discoloration or smudges on subdials, no drag marks, no chips. 10 out of 11 luminous plots are perfect, the number 3 is partially chipped off but this is the only “flaw” on whole dial that I can see and disclose. Nice patina on all plots. Hands are original with matching patina. No scratches and no oxidation on hands.
Bezel is in excellent vintage condition
Caseback is original stamped 6239 inside.
Bracelet is a Rolex USA CI in very tight condition with “60” end-links and dated in 67. This is a stretchable, spring loaded links bracelet. The pictures were taken with different, incorrect bracelet on.
