Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Pre-Moon Transitional
145.022-69 reference with DON bezel, applied logo dial, 1039 bracelet and cal. 861 movement.
265566XX serial number
Excellent vintage condition case is without any major dings or dents. No corrosion or pitting. Original skinny logo winding crown.
Dial is flawless applied logo with yellow patina on plots. Hands are service replacement.
Bezel is DON with some signs of wear.
Bracelet is original Omega 1039 flat link, correct 516 ends, and 3.70 date code on clasp. Bracelet is in excellent condition and fits about a 7.5″ wrist.
Caseback is in excellent condition. Inside is correctly stamped 145.022-69
Original hesalite crystal with Omega logo in center.
Watch runs, winds smoothly and chrono runs and resets.
The previous owner has purchased this watch about 30 years ago (not new), at a gun trade show. He had the watch serviced about 10-12 years ago when they replaced the hands and bezel. I replaced the service bezel with a DON bezel, but otherwise kept it as found and received.
