Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner No-Date
7016/0 reference
742,XXX serial number circa 1970 production with papers dated in 1973 at Australia AD.
Excellent vintage condition case with very thick and even lugs. Original bevels are clearly evident. Crown guards are thick, shark, and even. Original twin-lock crown. No corrosion or pitting. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original Shield with heavy orange patina and original hands with large lollipop seconds hand.
Watch comes on vintage leather “racing style” strap with steel Rolex buckle.
Comes with Tudor red inner box and handwritten papers.
No documented service history, but currently runs at COSC.
