3.5 mil serial number circa 1972
Excellent condition case with very thick and crisp lugs. Nicely defined and sharp edges. No corrosion or pitting. Serial and reference numbers are very crisp and full intact.
Dial is very good matte with creamy patina on markers. Please note some aging around the center of the dial. This is visible only up-close and under an angle.
Excellent, crisp bezel with defined and sharp edges.
Caseback is excellent stamped 1016. Only a single service mark is visible from 2011, reinforcing the evidence that the watch has not been overpolished.
Bracelet is excellent Rolex 7836 folded link with 12 links, 358 ends, and 3/72 date stamp on clasp. Very minimal stretch for a folded link bracelet.
No box or papers. Currently runs at COSC.
