Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel and solid gold
16753 reference with quick-set date, acrylic crystal
8.40 mil serial number circa 1984 production
Excellent vintage condition case appears to be unpolished. Very crisp lugs with original bevels and finish, very crisp lug holes, very thick and even crown guards. That being said, the watch has certainly been worn and shows signs of wear as seen in pics. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is a brown nipple in excellent condition. No chipping or delimitation. As common for GMT’s from this period, neither the hands nor plots have developed much patina. Correct and original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel is in excellent vintage condition. Nice and crisp. Beautiful fade on the root beer bezel insert.
Caseback is correct and original. Stamped 16750. No damage or excessive polishing/wear. There is a personalized logo engraved on outside. I do not know history behind it.
Watch comes on a light brown vintage leather strap in unworn condition.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
