Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch
145.022 reference cali. 861
471336XX serial number circa 1986 production
I am offering this watch as found. Please read full description before committing or asking additional questions.
Excellent vintage condition case with no major dings or dents. Case appears to be unpolished, original finish on side and sharp lugs.
Beautiful tritium dial is damage free with very warm creamy patina. Hands are original, tritium, with cracking in luminous material on hour and minute hands.
Crystal is original hesalite with Omega logo. Has a few scuffs on the outside, could possible be polished off.
Caseback is excellent, crisp and filled in engravings. Stamped 145022 inside.
Please note the top pusher is dented. The chronograph still engages as it should, the large Seconds hand and hour totalizer advance and reset as they should. There is a crisp feeling on the pusher, it “snaps” as it should while pressing it and depresses as it should. The minute totalizer does not advance. Whether its related to the dent on pusher or not, I don’t know. That being said, the watch runs very well, keeps good time (within COSC), and has great amplitude. So, the watch is fully wearable and enjoyable as is, but if you need the minute totalizer to work immediately, you can have it done.
Bracelet is an Omega 1171 in excellent condition.
No box or papers.
