Voutilainen Center Seconds ref. 28SC-Ac “Sector Dial” Steel, Limited Edition

Up for grabs is a Voutilainen Center Seconds by Kari

Reference 28SC-Ac, where 28 stands for the caliber 28, based on the Vingt-8 and Ac for Acier, or steel.

This is a steel watch with 38.5mm case and sport lugs. This series was limited to 10 pieces as indicated on the back.

Though there were 10 made with this case and material, this is confirmed to be the only sector dial.

As usual, the details matter with KV’s. Two different brush finishes create a two-tone look for the dial while reflecting the light differently. The sector section and Arabic numerals are matte blue and are applied. The blued hands finish the retro, yet modern, look of this watch.

The movement is finished in frosted dark rhodium.

The watch comes complete with KV boxes and papers. The original KV strap and steel KV buckle are also included.
