Up for grabs is a Voutilainen Vingt-8 in White Gold
Classic 39mm size delivered in 2012
The watch bears a very early serial number, number 15 and was original delivery with a gray dial with Arabic numerals and multiple guilloche patterns.
In 2025, this watch has been serviced by the manufacture and an additional dial was designed by Kari, produced, and installed at this time. This dial is a masterpiece with an extremely attractive color I would call “peacock teal” with Breguet numerals. The guilloche patterns used are wave, basket weave, Clous de Paris, and fine grain d’Orge-style engine turning on the outer minute track.
Powered by the early version Voutilainen calibre 28, the movement features traditional hand finishing with Côtes de Genève and rhodium-plated bridges. We can also observe some patina on the plating after 14 years since creation.
The watch remains in excellent condition without any dings, dents, or deep scratches.
The watch comes complete with Kari early box, papers, and receipt from the new dial in 2025.
