Up for grabs is a very rare Rolex DateJust

Reference 1601/9 is in solid 18kt white gold

2.3 mil serial number circa 1969 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even sharp lugs. Clear numbers between the lugs. The case appears to be unpolished.

Excellent and sharp bezel is damage-free and appears to have never been polished down.

Dial is original pie-pan white with fully intact tritium plots and yellow patina. Original hands with matching patina. Date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.

Caseback is original, stamped 1601 inside with 18kt hallmarks

Bracelet is original to the watch and as found President style South American market in 18kt white gold.

There are no box or papers.
