There were 3 versions of this watch made worldwide. There were 2000 examples made for US market with limited number engraved on side of the case. There were 250 examples made for German market with number engraved on side and finally 4000 examples made for the rest of the world with only “Apollo XI 1969” engraved on side of the case, without the limited number. This one was made for the US market and numbered 0503/2000
Case is unpolished with sharp edges and factory finishes.
Dial is damage free with vivid orange patina. Tritium and original hands.
Caseback is original and correct, stamped 145.022 inside.
The bracelet is correct and desirable Omega 1450 with 808 ends.
Watch comes with original special wooden box, correct outer box with “3590 B” sticker, manual, warranty papers (never filled in) and certificate which is filled 502/2000 (misspelled from 503 by salesperson).
Watch winds smoothly, runs well at +4 seconds per day with ~285 amplitude. Chrono runs and resets as it should.
